GUIDE FOR CREATE EMAIL ACCOUNT
IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS
Step 1:
Run program Outlook Express
, click on menu Tools -> Accounts...
Click on button Add -> Mail...
Step 2
Display name : Input your name or Your company name ( Ex : Trang Web Vang )
Click Next button
Step 3
E-mail address : Input e-mail address
Click Next button
Step 4
Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server : Input your domain name, Ex : trangwebvang.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP) server : Input your domain name, Ex : trangwebvang.com
Click Next button
Step 5
Account name: Input full email address, Ex. : info@trangwebvang.com
Password : Input your email passwoard
Click Next button
Click Finish button
Step 6
Select your account, Click Properties button
Step 7
Check on field [ x ] My server requires authentication
Sometime ADSL provider block port 25 ( port send email ), you must input value 26 in field Outgoing mail (SMTP).
