GUIDE FOR CREATE EMAIL ACCOUNT
IN MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
 
Step 1:
  • Run program Microsoft Outlook, click on menu Tools -> E-mail Account...
  • Select: View or change existing e-mail accounts
  • Click button Next
 
Step 2
  • Click on button Add...
 
Step 3
  • Choose POP3 (Connect to a POP3 e-mail server to download)
  • Click button Next
 
Step 4
  • Your Name : input your name
  • E-mail Address : input your full email address
  • Incoming mail server (POP3) : input your domain name (ex.: trangwebvang.com)
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): input your domain name (ex: trangwebvang.com)
  • User Name : input FULL EMAIL ADDRESS
  • Password: input password of this email account
  • Click button More setting...
 
       
 
 
 
 
 
Step 5
  • Click on tab Outgoing Server
  • Check [x] My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  • Sometime ADSL provider block port 25 ( port send email ), you must input value 26 in field Outgoing mail (SMTP).
  • Click button Ok for return.


 
Step 6
  • Click button Next
  • Then click button Finish to complete
